Mediation (CMS)
Our Coretec Mediation System was created to provide a user-friendly platform to mediate all kind of records, generated by different network elements, related to user’s consumption.
It can collect data files from different sources, protocols and formats. Each kind of file is processed through a data flow, with different business rules and different formats to each southbound system. Includes functionalities such as error management, consolidation areas, duplicate detection and logs.
ROAMING (CRS )
Coretec Roaming System is our solution to attend International Roaming business.
Supports Roaming IN and OUT, TAP3.11 and TAP3.12, RAP1.4 and RAP1.5, NRTRDE, new services such as 4G and VoLTE, multiple operators and agreements by operator, Commercial and Test agreements, offers, bundles, quotas, near border exceptions, multi SIM, IoT, automatic service ban, thresholds notifications, among several other functionalities.
INTERCONNECTION (CIS )
Coretec Interconnection System was designed and developed by Coretec SpA, to provide a cost-effective solution to wholesale billing between telco operators. It supports mobile and land line business, as well as SMS, LDI, National Roaming, Virtual Operators and SVA Providers.
Our fully configurable solution allows the creation of flows of processing for each business line, making possible that each service has his own rating scheme with different business rules.
Projects
RONAC
Platform for reconciliation, collection and reporting of wholesale traffic associated with National Roaming services. This system was implemented on our rating engine platform and customized according to the requirements of our client. Subsequently, the coverage of the platform was expanded to serve the MVNO business.
Claro XT
Consultancy services provided to Claro Guatemala to migrate the interconnection of Movistar to CSG’s Interconnect wholesale billing platform. The project consisted in the assessment of the scenarios, configuration, tests and operational support for the mobile voice and SMS, landline voice and MVNO business
VoLTE
Implementation of mediation to Claro Chile’s VoLTE services, which consisted of assessment; development of mediation business logics on CSG’s Inter-mediate platform; development of a CDF Node (Charging Data Function) which collect the information coming via Diameter, and build a call detail record (CDR), which is sent to the Mediation System; test; UAT and operational support
